Create the
perfect base to achieve any look!
|
|
OK girls- first to basics.
After your favourite cleanse tone and moisturise routine, (unless it’s a day when
you really need a full mask- and let’s face it we have all those,)
always try and use your liquid foundation sparingly for day wear - less is more!
A base looks more natural if you only put it where you really need it. Using clean fingers, apply a little foundation to your nose, around your eye area plus your chin and middle of your forehead. Using a cosmetic sponge or your fingers, work outwards keeping strokes in a downward movement to lay down any fine hair, paying attention to problem areas that may need more coverage. Make sure you blend well to give an even look, especially around the jaw area (The tidemark look isn’t great!)
Finish with a light dusting of shine-free compact powder.
For high colour (redness) use beige tones. Try:-

| |
Liquid Foundation in Natural or Honey |
| |
Shine Free Compact Powder in Buff |
For fairer/sallow complexions use pink tones. Try:- |
| |
Liquid Foundation in Sand
|
| |
Shine Free Compact Powder in Ivory |
| For olive skin use peach tones. Try:- |
| |
Liquid Foundation in Earth or Sand
|
| |
Shine Free Compact Powder in Warm Beige or Gold |

Grin so your cheeks bunch in to little apples - this is
where to start... Load your brush with blush, then blow
off the excess. Sweep colour over the apples of your
cheeks up towards the bit between your eye and ear.
